Thank you for choosing Natasha Maria Art. These Terms & Conditions outline the policies that help ensure all classes and workshops run smoothly and safely.

Cancellations & Refunds: School Holiday Workshops

• A full refund is available if cancellation notice is provided at least one week prior to the workshop. Please email us to arrange your refund.

• Cancellations made within one week of the workshop are non-refundable. However, participants may transfer their booking to another person or to another available workshop of the same price within the same workshop block (e.g. switching from one Christmas workshop to another).

• If a workshop is cancelled by Natasha Maria Art, a full refund will be offered, or you may choose to transfer your booking to another workshop of equal value within the same block.

Cancellations & Refunds: Weekly Classes

• Missed classes: No refunds are provided for missed classes unless due to an extended illness (more than two consecutive weeks) supported by a medical certificate. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

• Catch-up lessons: Catch-up classes may be arranged during the term, subject to availability. Catch-up lessons cannot be carried over into a new term.

Absences

• Please notify us if your child will be absent from an art class or workshop.

• If notifying on the day of your child’s absence, please call or text Natasha on 0408 989 729. Do not send messages via email or social media, as these may not be seen while preparing for classes.

Behaviour Policy & Respectful Conduct

• All students are expected to behave respectfully towards others and follow class directions.

• Rude, disrespectful, or harmful behaviour will not be tolerated.

• If a child’s behaviour is disruptive, they will receive a calm, private warning. Continued issues will result in parents being notified at pick-up.

• If behaviour compromises the safety or wellbeing of others, parents may be contacted and asked to collect their child immediately.

Respect and kindness ensure a safe and creative environment for everyone.

Special Needs

• Please inform Natasha prior to the class or workshop if your child has any special needs or requirements.

• While Natasha is not formally trained in Special Needs education, every effort will be made to support your child’s participation. Please feel free to phone 0408 989 729 to discuss how we can best accommodate your child.

• Please note: the art studio is not wheelchair accessible.

Drop-offs

• Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before class so sessions can start on time.

• If leaving your child, ensure that we have your current mobile phone number on file in case contact is required during the session.

Pick-ups

• Please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled end time so your child is not waiting or worried.

Waiting On-site

• Parents are welcome to stay during class time. However, due to limited space, seating inside the studio is not available.

• There is a partially covered paved area just outside the studio with seating available — perfect for a coffee, book, or quiet moment.

• For families with younger siblings, a lovely park is nearby on Lilley Road.

What to Wear & Bring

• Aprons are not provided. Please dress your child in comfortable “art clothes” that can get messy.

• Children may bring a water bottle.

• Please do not send food — crumbs and sticky fingers don’t mix well with artwork!

Medical Emergency & Liability Waiver

• In the event of a medical emergency, every effort will be made to contact parents or the emergency contact listed on the Student Form.

• If contact cannot be made, you authorise Natasha Maria Art staff to call 000 and seek appropriate emergency care for your child.

• You also authorise any necessary medical treatment to be administered by qualified personnel.

• By enrolling your child, you agree to release and hold harmless Natasha Maria Art and its staff from any liability arising from participation in classes or workshops, and assume full responsibility for any associated risks.

• You further agree to indemnify Natasha Maria Art against any claims resulting from injury to your child during participation.

Out-of-Bounds Areas

• As classes are held at our family home, please remain within the designated areas.

• The paved waiting area outside the art room is available for use.

• For privacy and safety reasons, all other areas of the property — including the pool area — are strictly out of bounds.

• Thank you for respecting our home and ensuring everyone’s safety.

On-site Parking

• You are welcome to park in the cleared, marked area in front of the green sheds.

• Please do not park on the other side of the driveway, as the ground can become soft after rain.

• Vehicles should remain on the lower part of the property — please do not drive or park up the main driveway.

• Be aware that large gum trees are present on the property and may drop branches; parking is at your own risk.

• If you prefer, you are welcome to park on the street.

Privacy Policy

• Natasha Maria Art respects your privacy.

• Information you provide (such as contact details and student forms) will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

• Email addresses provided for newsletters are stored securely via our current email platform provider (Mailchimp) and will never be shared with third parties.

• You may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time.
